App no longer works because they sold out to Eon energy

Not worked in weeks??
Will not load/let me sign in. I have tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it but no good.
Never works always offline takes forever and a day to update any changes, much easier and efficient to just use the web page I'd honestly rate this 0 stars if I could
Never get back in touch and never send the items you ask for stupid app, only asked for payment card and was told 7-10 days and now that was,16 weeks ago, emailed them 16 times and no reply or response, so looks like I'm in 4 big bill,what I'm unable to pay for, but it's their responsibility for not doing anything I asked for.
If l could l would give npower a big fat zero if you like data that is a month and a half out of date this app is for you not so smart meters not so smart software not so smart at all the only people getting up to date is npower still rubbish
Been with npower for 8 years. They my account was sold to Eon without my consent and i can no longer view my account history in this app. The download data feature you created does not download anything. Terrible way to treat a long term customer.
I have noticed the occasional auto start, but other than that it works great. I always enter my meter reading, it will give me predictions on usage, compare current usage to previous years etc. I'm sad it's now been taken over by E.on
Never recognises you. Can't log in no matter what I try. Don't bother. Edit, after all this time it STILL doesn't work. I miss Scottish Power!
