Our mobile app will change the way you see your energy. Now you can do even more from your mobile or tablet – view bills, make payments and send your meter readings in just a few simple taps. Your personal timeline helps you see what’s coming up on your account, along with your energy usage and forecast - all in one place. Compare against previous years and take control of future events. Just log in the first time you use it - after that it remembers you.- With your timeline you’ll always know what’s coming up- See your energy usage in kWh, £ and CO2 - Get notified when we need a meter reading- Chat to us with WhatsApp - Built-in torch to help you read your meter- Get a handy reminder when your tariff’s about to end- Tell us if you’re moving home- Make it yours with personalised backgroundsUsing the app is subject to our terms and conditions at http://www.npower.com/home/about-npower/terms-and-conditions/.npower is now part of the E.ON group and all npower customers are gradually being moved over to become customers of E.ON Next. Never works always offline takes forever and a day to update any changes, much easier and efficient to just use the web page I'd honestly rate this 0 stars if I could

Never get back in touch and never send the items you ask for stupid app, only asked for payment card and was told 7-10 days and now that was,16 weeks ago, emailed them 16 times and no reply or response, so looks like I'm in 4 big bill,what I'm unable to pay for, but it's their responsibility for not doing anything I asked for.

If l could l would give npower a big fat zero if you like data that is a month and a half out of date this app is for you not so smart meters not so smart software not so smart at all the only people getting up to date is npower still rubbish

Been with npower for 8 years. They my account was sold to Eon without my consent and i can no longer view my account history in this app. The download data feature you created does not download anything. Terrible way to treat a long term customer.

I have noticed the occasional auto start, but other than that it works great. I always enter my meter reading, it will give me predictions on usage, compare current usage to previous years etc. I'm sad it's now been taken over by E.on

Never recognises you. Can't log in no matter what I try. Don't bother. Edit, after all this time it STILL doesn't work. I miss Scottish Power!
